One-Off Services
As well as the major "project" type services offered, BlueCat can also undertake "one-off" tasks.
This page provides an outline of some of these services. Please should you wish to learn more or want to discuss your specific requirements.
FTP uploads: We can perform uploads of files to your site or webspace via FTP. We will of course, need the FTP address, login and password information the first time you request this. This is for "straight" FTP only (FrontPage or other "special" methods are NOT supported).
Audio services: For example:
- conversion between different audio file types (wav-mp3 etc)
- compression of mp3 files
- limited editing (creating extracts of tracks for example)
Image services: For example:
- batch compression of digital images to make them ready for the Web
- cropping/retouching/editing of digital images
- create a VCD or CD Photo-Album from your images, with a menu
Search Engine Optimisation: For example:
- submission of your site to the major Search Engines
- Keyword reviews/keyword density reports
- Site analysis
Web Graphics: BlueCat is NOT a Graphic Design house, but we can produce graphical elements for your Site, such as Banners, Buttons, slideshows, basic animations and Flash.
Preparing Web content: We can assist in writing or editing and preparing your content for use on the web. If you already have literature in the form of Word or PDF documents, we can get it ready for the Web - or maybe you need someone to review and optimise your content for the Web.
